Who is Marcus Rashford's girlfriend?

Lucia Loi is the girlfriend of Manchester United and England international Marcus Rashford.

She works in PR and is reported to hold a first-class degree in advertising and brand management. She had more than 125,000 Instagram followers in June 2026.

The pair met at school in Greater Manchester as teenagers. They briefly split in 2021 and were reported to have reconciled later that year. In May 2022 Rashford proposed in Los Angeles; both shared the same photo on Instagram. The engagement was reportedly called off in June 2023.

They were reported to be back together in July 2025, when she joined him in Barcelona after his loan move, and she lived there during the 2025-26 season. By June 2026 she was described as his long-term girlfriend; a source told The Sun she "helps keep him grounded".
