Samantha Tarkowski is the wife of Everton defender James Tarkowski. A qualified personal trainer, she has said she plans to open a gym to help women with fitness, health and happiness, and she has spoken publicly about past struggles with eating disorders and body image. She has rejected the 'WAG' label.

The couple have been together since 2015 and married in 2023. She is reported to have followed him from Brentford to Burnley and Everton.

In early 2024 she was among five footballers' partners featured in Amazon Prime Video's Married to the Game. They have two children, and she has said she wants to be a role model for their daughter. In April 2025 she spoke out on Instagram after the family received abuse, including death threats, following a Merseyside derby; Everton said they were liaising with the couple.
