Who is Francisco Conceição's girlfriend?

Matilde Neiva is the girlfriend of Juventus and Portugal international Francisco Conceição. She is Portuguese, has an identical twin sister with whom she made TikTok content, and is reported to have studied management. Long described as discreet, she and her sister closed their social media accounts.

The couple are reported to have been dating since around 2023, and she was said to be a regular at the Estádio do Dragão during his time at FC Porto. She is reported to have since moved to Turin, where she lives with him.

In June 2026, images of Neiva and her twin in the stands in Miami at Portugal's World Cup match against Colombia went viral, though Conceição did not play. In September 2026 Georgina Rodríguez recruited the sisters as ambassadors for her sportswear brand Mimoa.
